Q2. 可以用於販售用商品的設計稿嗎？
請視最終使用者的用途購買授權。若要用於販售用商品，請購買進階授權。提供給顧客的不能是原始檔案，必須是經過二次加工的創作物。若顧客為做其他用途而要求您提供原始檔案，顧客須直接購買進階授權。

Q3. 可以用於軟體、應用程式、遊戲、電子產品中嗎？
可以。應用程式內的資訊與廣告宣傳內容適用一般授權範圍。若是圖示、背景畫面等設計元素，則適用進階授權。

Q4. 圖片可以用於POD訂購型商品嗎？
可以。購買進階授權後，即可將UTOPHOTO的內容用於應用程式內嵌圖片、樣品展示或提供讓消費者自行挑選圖案進行商品製作的POD服務。但無論任何情況下，都不得讓消費者自行儲存UTOPHOTO內容的原始檔案。
